Hi CS folks,
The comment system seems to be broken in two different ways:
1. When I'm on the forums and I click on the globe in the toolbar at the top, I see a list of recent events. This list is missing a lot of things for me. For example, I see that people liked a comment I left on a recipe, but I don't see what's really important, which is the replies to the comment. Kyl left a super useful reply on the flour tortilla recipe yesterday, but I only saw it by accident because I happened to look at the page.
2. Clicking on one of the items in the list takes me to a 404 page, not the recipe. Since there's no title and the comment is cut short in the list, there are some notifications in my list where I have no idea what page they correspond to so I can go read them.
Ultimately the result is that I leave questions for ya'll, but then I can't find the responses (or don't know that you've replied at all).
It seems there's also no way to get an email when a reply is posted, which is unfortunate.
