Can't get autostart to work

Every time I run Joule it tells me I can't use autostart because Joule is not connected to Wifi. But it IS connected to wifi. What am I not understanding here, please?

Did you submit a ticket through the app?

Their last firmware updates, have all but killed WiFi. I posted about this. You practically need to comprise me your network and hope for the best, but it will continually “crash” off WiFi.
