Hello, I’m cooking 2 prime rib roasts (8lbs each) for 24 hours at 133F. It’s currently in a huge water bath container, lid on and no evaporation (also separated so not overcrowding). I started cooking around 6pm and it was still on around 1AM right before I went to bed. I woke up at 10AM and the joule was on standby mode (solid white) and no longer cooking. Temp at this time was 101F. I turned it back on and it took about 15 minutes to get back to 133F. I’m planning to keep it cooking until 6pm. Is my rib roast safe to consume? The only problem I noticed is from time to time I would get a notification that it lost WiFi connection but it would continue to cook. Not sure why it would stop in the middle of the night. Should I cook it longer and if so by how much?
