I enrolled for the sous vide course a few days ago after finding this site. I went thru the materials today and when I went to my profile, it is shill showing up as never having been started. I'm not hugely familiar with this site, but, I assumed I would have some kind of "transcript" of completed courses. Also, I noticed when browsing thru some of the discussions that the quiz never scored me... Any ideas? Although, the course doesn't take that long, I would really rather not take it "twice".
