Tried reloading; getting to the page from links, page before, page after; rebooted; turned off all ad blockers, etc; and I still get the screen posted above.

The rest of this course, and all the other courses/pages on CS are working fine. It is just this one discussion page that shows no info.

Looks good to me...disqus is slow to load, but that's always the case.

@Tim, are you accessing via a company network or at home? My company actually blocks some social media domains, and Disqus frequently falls prey.

Accessing from home. As per others disqus is very slow to load and I always need to sign in and resign in.
