My a chef living in NYC but grew up in London (UK)
I consider my self a decent chef however i've not managed to 100% master the art of the Soufflé.
To take it a step further theres a hotel in London called Blakes
http://www.blakeshotels.com its an amazing place, great restaurant and they have been famous for years for the caramel soufflé which is perfect.
I think it would be amazing if Chef Steps can master the art of the soufflé maybe, caramel, chocolate, fruit and run a course on it.
I'm happy to assist with this challenge however needed
