Any way we can get the notification bell button on the home page / recipe pages? It seems like the cookies remember it's me when I visit the homepage, but I still have to click into the forum to check them.
Also - the code which calculates the notifications is clearly at the bottom of your html because you can see the page finish loading before it displays them. Perhaps moving this up closer to the header would result in notifications being displayed first? I know it seems like a small change, but for a quick check, this shave 3-4 seconds.
