Why is it that i downloaded the siphon class last week on my home laptop, but if i want to continue watching it on another device it doesnt show up on my account that i have paid for it ? Therefore not allowing me to watch it on another device.

Didn't know/think we could "download" the classes (e.g. videos and all). Are you signing in when you log on from the other devices? If I reboot or go to the site from a different device, I generally have to sign in again.

Oh perhaps thats it I havent actually downloaded the class thats just my poor communication within computers as im not very bright when it comes to computers.im just surprised that when I log in to chefsteps on the work computer I cant watch my class on it. Seems to be only on my laptop.

That's bizarre. I haven't had that same problem, and I access CS from probably four different devices. Your stuff shouldn't be device-specific.

thanks, perhaps i will try emailing the guys.i didnt think it should matter what device i used so long as i log on.

Hi Tony - you need to make sure you are logged in with the same email address that you signed up with. Usually if someone has this problem they either aren't logged in, or they have two accounts with different email addresses. If that doesn't solve it for you, send us a note to info@chefsteps.com and we'll get it sorted.

Thanks michael, I didnt realised that when I purchased the class on our home computer I was using our family email address. Thanks for sorting it out for me , Tony
