Lots of unanswered questions in the Discussions

I'm new here so I've been reading everything relating to sous vide, and am noticing that there are lots of questions in the discussions and comments which have no answers. In most cases, they are good questions that I would also like an answer to. It seems like it would be a good idea for someone on staff to be keeping an eye on the discussions... or are they explicitly intended to be only for readers helping readers?

I think it probably would be easier if those discussions showed in the forums, as it is now they aren't seen unless you attend that particular class.

that is one of my criticisms of chefsteps. that is, there are many questions that go unanswered either under the recipes or here in the forum. if chefsteps wants to build a thriving community it would do well to have a dedicated staff person for this function. after all, they have hired writers, photographers, videographers, tech, etc. why not a go-between staff person that collects unanswered questions and finds the relevant person that can answer and then this go-between person posts the answer.
