I was reading some comments on the cookies recipe, someone asking what was Tomato paste in Europe or pastry flower etc...
What about adding either a feature or another section to recipes where you can get some of these info when reading a recipe. I know we can't have all the countries in the world but a couple of ingredient conversion would be great. ie: Heavy cream in the states is double cream in the UK and Creme epaisse in France. Maybe adding these to the ingredient Wikia?
