Many you may have noticed the forum was down throughout the day. The issue was found to be in our database service provider. We've upgraded our database and things have now stabilized. We apologized for this downtime and have implemented several things to improve:
1. Better internal notification to ChefSteps developers when things go wrong
2. The database upgrade provides us with better debugging tools
3. More ChefSteps developers are familiar with the forum technology stack.
