It's been very common for me over the past several months to see the site (both the main site and the forum) get stuck on the loading screen, and when I view the browser console, this is always the culprit:
When the rest of the JS can't find Bloom, it throws an error and stops everything else from working. I'd suggest either a more reliable hosting setup for the bloom app, or make sure the rest of the scripts can still render the site without relying on Bloom.
