Ipad version

I access the forum from my iPad most of the time.

Whenever i'm posting something, i prefer to leave a gap between the paragraphs (like the one i just did above), but it seems that i can't do this on my iPad no matter what i do. I've tried to press enter 1,2,3,4 times but it always ends up as a continuously line.

Any thoughts on that?

I don't have an iPad handy right now to try; will check it out at home tonight. Does shift-Enter do anything?

Nope, shift enter doesn't help. This is a Vanilla Forums bug, I'll open a ticket with them.

Something I have noticed on my iPad is that I can't scroll down through the recipe steps on the right hand side because the whole page moves. Have tried having my finger on both sides of the page but the effect is the same.

@Rich Does this still happen if you scroll in the middle of the step area? The design and implementation should be so that within the box for the steps, it should scroll independently... Let us know. Thanks.

@Tim it does not scroll independently. I tried every which way. Now I should mention I am using an antique original iPad using the most recent update it can take but that, of course, is still only ios5... Not sure if that would have any bearing on it or not but just FYI.

Sorry for the slow response but I didn't know you had replied. Could there be some sort of notification system (or is there one and I haven't figured it out?)

Ha! I just got a 'namedropper' badge (though I've been dropping names willy nilly and not earned that before now) and went to look at my profile and saw 'notifications'. On opening I saw a previous mention from @Chris in the list (of COURSE you have a notification system!) but not this recent one from you so I think you have an issue there too... I guess hiccups are to be expected, especially with all this rich food ;-)
