Picture sizes in the feed

I'm just curious why some people's pictures show up full size (or fuller sized) in the feed, while others are more like thumbnails. This isn't a problem, really, but mine always display smaller and if there's an easy way to make them show up big by default, I'll change how I attach photos.

I recall there being mention (about a year ago) of landscape vs portrait, so I switched to landscape, but nothing changed.

Actually, I think if you copy-paste a picture it will show up big, but if you attach it via upload it will be small.

Apparently, if you copy paste a picture in a response, it deletes your post. I've tried three times now and it looks good, then I refresh the page and it's gone. But it was a really big JPEG...trust me.

I FOUND OUT WHY!!!! IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WRITE! If you write less, your picture will be bigger. If you write a bunch it will condense the picture to a thumbnail. I think.
