A Beef! (And not the kind you cook!)

So, I just read the How to Roast Vegetables offering by you folks. And, you posted along with the introduction, a comment that included a blurb that read "fly girl". I take offense to that as I am a male and love to cook! So, you should watch out for your gender specific comments that assumes your audience is only women!

Thanks for everything else though...it was great!!

If one were to read through the forum, I suspect they know who their audience is. They have always been pleasantly playful with their language, so don't take offense. I doubt many others were offended. Glad to have more (men or women) on the forum to share and enjoy the ride. :-)

Are you new here? You seem to not get the community vibe. The chefs and personnel who run this site are, as Todd indicated, dancing to their own tune. Please tell me you're not one of these folks who looks for offence anywhere he can. If you are, this really isn't a good place for you to be. There is profanity, tom-foolery, jack assery, and a whole lot of people who are a lot more relaxed then you seem to be. If you are someone who is bothered by that sort of behavior, sit back and prepare to be extremely offend. I heartily recommend you chill out a little bit.

Not sure what your definition of "fly girl" means? My understanding is it means cool, with it, a person who is in the know. So please call me a fly girl, I'll wear that badge with honor!
