Trying to describe the behavior I am seeing, I guess I would describe this as a notification/state problem. I recognize that this may be completely impacted by my software, but....Chrome, Win 10, logged in to the forums. Notifications of new topics and comments seems to be wonky. Firstly, either it seems there is no auto-refresh/update, or one of my extensions is blocking it, or some other mode. By which I mean, sitting at the forum home, the notification of new topics never turns red with a number indicating number of topics/replies/responses, unless I refresh the page. (

But even then, by refreshing the page and scrolling down, I can find topics and comments that are "New" and should, therefore, appear in the notification area I mentioned previously. They are indicated in red as new in the scroll however. Now, this also may be my user record, because I am referred to, sort of randomly, as either 'pgcath' or my name. This may be related to the state and notification issue above. Thoughts? Resolved, won't fix?
