Been grinding my own coffee beans for close to 10 years now, and it's so freaking complicated to get consistency, it's not just the grinder… but how fresh your beans are, how i start a bag, is not the same grind that i finish a bag, then did you tamper correctly, to hard, to soft, is it levelled? Then your machine needs to be peak ready to give you a god shot every time… ugh…. sometimes i envy those Nespresso users! 😂
