Sad thing I have just discovered is that all Forum history/entries is gone after the most recent 10 or so posts. So, if someone asks a question, and it is answered, everything appears to get deleted and if it is an active forum, in 90 days - POOF!
What a shame! So many of the questions are of general or specific areas of cooking, and don't go out of date in a few months. For those of us that love forums, I had expected to go back to an old posting and find out what someone thought (or had real life experience) with the issue. The posts are not so voluminous as to take up too much memory. I guess I will have to create a special file on my computer for any answered question I might have a question about someday in the future.
Why doesn't Forum entries just go into page 2 etc. for a particular subject? My initial belief was that this was a "dead" or inactive forum - all of them on ChefSteps.. I think with the Joule being delivered, there will be a lot more questions. Again, why are all except the last few dumped?
