Over the past week or so, I've had several of my replies go missing. I started a thread earlier thinking this might be linked to my VPN, but I don't think that's the case. It also seems to occasionally happen to other forum members, such as Melissa in the
thread on the Polyscience Control Freak. It happened most recently to me in the thread on
Descaling Joule. I noticed that the number of comments listed for that thread (currently 9) does not reflect the number of comments actually displayed (7). I submitted two versions of the same post before finally getting one posted on my third attempt. When I submitted the first two times, the comment count increased but the comments themselves failed to display. This makes me think that the posts were somehow captured, but were improperly indexed (or something similar).
If it's relevant, I'm running Chrome (version 53.0.2785.116 m) on Windows 10.
