Hyperlinks

I tried to hyperlink to different videos from youtube, and multiple times, even though the second address was different, it would just display, and link to, the first video. I'm not sure if this is an isolated incident, I'm not sure if it's on your end or youtube's but i figured it couldn't hurt making someone aware of it.

there is an issue that you need to erase everything in the link BEFORE pasting in the new one and then, what you said happens about half the time for me...I have had success saving the comment with the first link the reopen with edit....Im hoping we can get an overhaul soon for the forum. I would love notifications, better handling of photos (mine just seem to go in where ever they want and then you have to move them around) and the ability to private message for sharing contact info , etc. I think there are plans for a revamp when the Joule dust settles. With the ability to comment directly on recipes and the difficulty of finding the forum from the homepage it has really limited the participation here..

I applaud anyone who can get videos to work. I have tried a couple of times. It either works easy or I just give up. It doesn't seem to be consistent. I too hope for an overhaul. @Huy_63293 could you possibly help out here?

I just went back and tried that, didn't do anything, oh well. I ended up just editing it on my phone. While it doesn't display the videos in the post, it at least will direct you to the right videos on youtube. When I post these in the Bugs section, I'm not really expecting immediate response. Just whenever they have a moment. Like the notifications from the activities comments. We used to get them, we no longer do. Made a post here about it, and that was it. They will, or won't, get around to it in due time.
