Missing Posts (Again)

The forum's still apparently having issues with vanishing posts. I got a notification that forum member Dat Phan had commented on an old post about using Joule with big containers, but his post isn't displaying. The extra annoying thing is that I can read the first sentence of his post in the notification ("I finally got my Joule and did one test so far. I didn't get....") but when I click on the link to the post, it doesn't show up. WHAT TEST DID HE DO?! INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW!

In all seriousness, the missing posts bug is super obnoxious, and it's been going on for months now. There have been a few posts on it, but nobody from CS seems to have really addressed it. Or maybe they did, and their post went missing...

Hey Brandon, still investigating why the post is not showing up, but here's the post from Dat: I finally got my Joule and did one test so far. I didn't get nearly as the power you reported here. In 2.5 gallons in a 3-gallon Cambro it took 11 minutes to go from 38C to to just 54C. I did some math and I think that's effectively 231 watts. That's not anywhere near the performance I was expecting. I'll do another test, but do you think perhaps my unit is defective? Did you notice a performance difference between your beta version and your consumer release version?
