Double post bugs

Is there a bug causing double posts?

I've seen it happen to other people and I didn't think much of it, figuring some people post in multiple categories not knowing everything appears on the front page. However recently @John_Fisher_218893 tagged a double post of mine that I know I didn't create. This makes me think something's messed up.

Sometimes posts go missing, now posts appear twice... well, then on the whole we ought to be just fine, oughtn't we?!

Anyway, I think I will re-read the soldier who saw everything twice before turning in tonight

It would be nice if I had the double post issue because I have the keep losing the first post issue :-|
