I don't know if Im at the right place but I think bugs is the closest I could find to something not turning on.
So this afternoon I was heating up my water for some cooking later on, left to do some grocery shopping, came back and joule had that red light on. The water was barely lukewarm. Tried unplugging to plug it back in and perhaps do a factory reset but the led wouldn't even turn on. Tried different, outlets, holding down the power button, waited a couple of hours, plugged in again and nothing.
Has anyone else had this problem with their joule?? Amazon is sending me a new Joule. Will see how it goes but if it's another bust I might just have to get an ANOVA.
