Hi, I'm Bill from Naples, FLWhen I vacuum seal something juicy I freeze it first so the juice doesn't compromise the seal, how do I do a steak when olive oil has been added so the olive oil doesn't get sucked up into the seal?

I know I can save my favorite recipes on the website, but I cannot seem to find a way to save recipes on the app. I find myself going thru and salivating, but then later I waste a bunch of time finding what I need. Am I missing the save button on iOS? or does one not exist? Thanks and keep up the great work!

My Joule just took forever to heat to 180F I finally pulled out the Sansaire and brought the temperatureup but Joule willnot hold that temperature . The only thing that has changed is the iPhone update.
