OMG I bought a Joule 2 or 3 maybe even 4 years ago. I have never used it.Now with the virus it seems I have time.I bought a cooked spiral ham and it's still inside the plastic it came in.I'm hoping you can help me properly heat it up and put a really good sauce on it.Thanks Dave
